Officer Training Retreats

Officer Training Retreats are being held this spring to inform and prepare our LodgeLeadership. These sessions are designed specifically for Junior & Senior Wardens and Senior Deacons or officers going into those positions in the ensuing year.

All Lodges are encouraged to send their Officers to one of these retreats so the Lodge can reap the benefits of enlightened and focused leadership! The format is designed to have everyone together on Friday evening to meet with each other, outline the program and delve into the history of Freemasonry and how it relates to today’s Lodge. If you know history you can know the future. On Saturday we will kickoff and then break into three groups, Senior & Junior Wardens, and Senior Deacons. Senior Wardens will be learning the specifics of their duties and focus will be on Leadershipand Administration. We will cover items such as Planning, Finances/Budgeting, Membership and Leadership. Junior Wardens will be learning the specifics of their duties with a focus on Membership and Retention, Lodge activities and Community involvement. We will also be covering Grand Lodge Law, Mentoring, Masonic Education and Officer Duties. Your Lodge is guided by the leaders you put in place and it is expected that all Lodges will want their leaders to have the best information and knowledge available. This is the chance to give them that information! Saturday will culminate with a Banquet including your Lady or Guest and a featured speaker. Click a link below to register.
